These terms cover use of Ytno's organizer dashboard, door app, and guest-facing RSVP pages. By creating an account or responding to an invite, you agree to them.
Ytno is a guest management layer for events: closed-list RSVPs, invite delivery, payment collection for invite-gated events, and check-in at the door. We don't sell tickets on an open marketplace, and we're not a party to what happens at your event — we run the guest list and the door for it.
Paid events are processed through Paystack. Ytno issues a signed QR pass once payment clears. Refunds are issued at the organizer's discretion through the dashboard; Ytno doesn't arbitrate disputes between an organizer and a guest about whether a refund is owed.
Responding to an invite confirms your attendance to the organizer, not to Ytno. Your RSVP link is single-use and tied to your phone number — don't forward it if you don't want someone else to check in under your name.
Don't use Ytno to run fraudulent events, to collect guest data for purposes outside running the event, or to attempt to access another organization's guest list or events.
The door app is built to keep working without signal, syncing once connection returns. Outside of that, we aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the dashboard or API will be available without interruption, and we recommend exporting your guest list ahead of an event as a precaution.
Ytno provides the guest list and door infrastructure; we're not liable for losses arising from how an event itself is run, decisions organizers make about entry or refunds, or third-party outages (WhatsApp, Paystack) outside our control.
We'll update this page when these terms change and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
